1. Tell us a bit about the image

The image was taken a year ago for the calendar.

 

2. What inspired you to take the shot?

I dreamed about a shot with kid and retro car for a long time before. I built a picture in my mind and started to put together all the parts as in puzzle – car, case, clothing, location, light, year and day time, composition.

 

3. What gear did you use for the shot including lighting?

I took the image with Canon 5d mark iii and Canon 50/1.2 lens.

 

4. Tell us about the editing process?

During the post process I worked with white balance, highlights/shadows, hue/saturation/luminance, levels, curves, added vignette.
